History

High Standard was founded in 1959 as the exclusive New England distributor for Alliance porcelain-on-steel panels, now called Ceramicsteel. In the early 1970s we established a manufacturing facility in Dublin, New Hampshire to laminate porcelain and other types of panels.

In 1985, we acquired Lampco, a regional distributor of architectural wall cladding systems, and the company was organized into two groups:
